EXTRACT OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council or the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, was held on the 13t" day of June; 2016 at <br />6:00 p.m. <br />The following Members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe and <br />the following were absent: none. <br />Council Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11327 <br />A RESOLUTION MEMORIALIZING THE DENIAL OF AN OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />CHANGE (REZONING) FROM HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL-1 DISTRICT TO <br />HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL-2 DISTRICT AT 1415 COUNTY ROAD B(PF16-006) <br />WHEREAS, City of Roseville has received a valid application to change the zoning <br />classification to the entirety of the subject property, assigned Ramsey County 1'arcel <br />Identification Number 10-29-23-34-0006; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council, at its regular meeting on May 23, 2016, <br />reviewed the application, the pertinent regulations, and the public record, and denied the <br />application upon the following factual findings: <br />1. Intensity of the HDR-2 zoning district could result in a greater overall density, height, <br />and setbacks on the site, making it a concern due to its proximity to the surrounding <br />single-family residential properties. <br />AND WHEREAS, said findings of fact underpinning the denial of the project were reported to <br />the applicant in a letter dated May 27, 2016. <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, that the application discussed <br />herein was denied as of May 23, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Laliberte and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor Laliberte, <br />McGehee, Willrnus, Etten and Roe; and none voted against. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />
