EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE �� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 131h day of June, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten; and Roe and the following were absent: none. Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and inoved its adoption: RESOLUTION Noe 11328 RESOLUTION ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING FOR MUNICIPAL CONSENT OF I- 35W MANAGED LANE PROJECT FINAL LAYOUT WHER�AS, MnDOT has developed a final layout for future I-35W improvements, and WHEREAS, Mn Statutes 161.16 require MnDOT to obtain Municipal Consent for improvements that meet certain thresholds; and WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is required to hold a Public Hearing concerning consideration for Municipal Consent of the final layout. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The Council shall meet on the 25th day of July, 2016, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chainbers, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, for the purpose of holding a public hearing concerning the approval of the I-35W final layout. 2. The Public Hearing notices shall be published in the official newspaper at least 30 days prior to the hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Laliberte, and upon vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten; and Roe; and the following voted against the same: none. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
