<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1250 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 1199, CHANGING ZONING OF <br />ROSEVILLE CENTER, 1121-1169 AND 1101 LARPENTEUR AVENUE FROM <br />SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT (SC) TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />(PUD), TO ALLOW MODIFIED HOURS OF OPERATION FOR TACO BELL <br />(pF #3277) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City <br />Code of the City of Roseville, Planned Unit Development 1199, for property generally <br />located at the northwest intersection of Larpenteur Avenue and Lexington Avenue, <br />known as Taco Bell, is herein amended (from hours of operation until 12:00 p.m. on <br />weekdays and 1 :00 a.m. on weekends) to allow the following: <br /> <br />Taco Bell, a Border Foods restaurant, an increase only the drive-thru hours of operation <br />from 9:00 a.m. Friday to 2:00 a.m. Saturday and 9:00 a.m. Saturday to 2:00 a.m. <br />Sunday, conditioned on annual review in December 2001 and 2002. <br /> <br />The Taco Bell is located on property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Roseville <br />Center, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PID # 152923440068). <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall take <br />effect upon passage by the city Council and publication. <br /> <br />Passed this 14th day of May 2001. <br />
