<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1252 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY AT 1925 WEST COUNTY ROAD B-2 FROM 1-1, LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL TO B-3, GENERAL BUSINESS (pF #3318) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration on PF3318, the following property, generally located at 1925 West <br />county Road B-2, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from 1-1, Light Industrial District, <br />to B-3, General Business District: <br /> <br />The property located at 1925 West County Road B-2, is legally described as: <br /> <br />Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, excepting the north 480.41 feet; part lying <br />Northerly of County Road B-2 of West 83.35 feet of the East 973.35 feet of the <br />Southeast ~ of the Northwest~. Also excepting the North 545.41 feet; part lying <br />northerly of said road of West 116.65 feet of East 1090 feet of said Quarter subject to <br />roads and easements, all in Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota (PID #092923240010). <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall take effect <br />upon the passage and publication of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Passed this 26th day of June 2001. <br />
