Bear in mind that this figure already accounts for the entire 2016 <br />impact from assigned staffing. <br />While this cash reserve level is sufficient to continue supportingexisting programs for the <br />remainder ofthis year, an infusion of cash from another EDA program fund will be needed by <br />year-end to meet next year’s cash-flow needs. Even if the City Council establishes a 2017 EDA <br />levy, the EDA General Fund will need enough cash to cover the first six months of operations until <br />the first half property tax levyis received in late June. <br />Page 2of 2 <br /> <br />
