EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a public hearing was held at the regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, on the 20t1i day of June, <br />2016, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe <br />and the following members absent: none <br />Council Member McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11332 <br />A RESOLUTION TERMINATING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />NO. 1385, AS AMENDED, LOCATED AT 2167 LEXINGTON AVENUE <br />AND 1126 SANDHURST AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) Agreement <br />1385 on July 13, 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a one-year extension on July 11, 2011, to the <br />PUD Agreement for commencing development of the project; and <br />WHEREAS, the project did not commence development on or before July 11, 2011, <br />therefore the Community Development Department deems the PUD agreement void; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner Wellington Management has requested a termination of <br />PUD Agreement 1385 in order to facilitate the sale of 2167 Lexington Avenue to its current <br />tenant; and <br />WHEREAS, the properties covered under the PUD termination are legally described as <br />follows: <br />1126 Sandhurst Drive <br />PIN: 10-29-23-44-0072 <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Broadview Addition <br />and <br />2167 Lexington Avenue <br />PIN: 10-29-23-44-0071 <br />Lot 1 and Lot 15, Block 2, Broadview Addition <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve <br />termination of Planned Unit Development Agreement No. 1385, subject to the following <br />condition: <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
