<br />Minutes <br />1 <br />Roseville Economic Development Authority (REDA) <br />2 <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />3 <br />Monday, May 25, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. <br />4 <br />1.Roll Call <br />5 <br />6 President Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and <br />7 Seating Order: Commissioners Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br />8 Executive Director Trudgeon and EDA Attorney Martha Ingram with Kennedy & <br />9 Graven, were also present. <br />10 <br />11 Other staff available in the audience included Interim Community Development <br />12 Director Kari Collins, City Planner Thomas Paschke, Housing and Economic <br />13 Development staff Jeanne Kelsey, GIS Technician Joel Koepp, and Community <br />14 Development Department Intern, Angela Riff. <br />15 <br />2.Pledge of Allegiance <br />16 <br />17 <br />3.Approve Agenda <br />18 <br />19 Additional information items made available as three bench handouts included a graph <br />20 entitled, “united Types Built on Currently HDR Zoned Properties by Decade; a map <br />21 entitled, “Existing Medium and High Density Residential; and a map entitled, <br />22 “Existing High Density Residential.” <br />23 <br />24 Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br />25 <br />Roll Call <br />26 <br />Ayes: <br />27 Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br />Nays: <br />28 None. <br />Motion carried. <br />29 <br />30 <br />4.Public Comment <br />31 <br />32 <br />5.Board and Executive Director, Reports and Announcements <br />33 <br />34 Executive Director Trudgeon introduced EDA Attorney Martha Ingram, who in turn <br />35 introduced her colleague Ms. Sarah Sonsalla also present tonight. Ms. Ingram <br />36 summarized Ms. Sonsalla’s expertise and specialty in real estate matters. Ms. Ingram <br />37 advised that Ms. Sonsalla had served the Roseville Housing & Redevelopment <br />38 Authority and other municipalities and EDAs in this capacity assisting with real estate <br />39 matters. <br />40 <br />41 Roe welcomed Ms. Sonsalla <br />Closed Session <br />42 <br />43 President Roe announced the intent of the REDA to move into Closed Session, pursuant to <br />44 Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D-05, Subd. 3(b) (3) to review confidential or protected <br />45 nonpublic appraisal data under Section 13.44, Subd. 3 and to develop potential offers for the <br /> <br />
