<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1259 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 312 <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CObE <br />CONCERNING A LOCAL LODGING TAX <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 312.14 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />312.14. USE OF PROCEEDS AND ANNUAL REPORT. Ninety five percent (95%) of the proceeds obtained <br />from the collection of taxes pursuant to this Chapter shall be used in accorcilance with Minnesota Statutes section <br />469.190, as the same may be amended from time to time, to fund a local convention or tourism bureau for the <br />purpose of marketing and promoting the City as a tourist or convention center.
