EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of' Ramsey, State of Minnesota, was held on the 18t" day of July 2016 at 6:00 p.m. The following T✓Iembers were present: Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe and Willmus was abser�t. Council Membe:r McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 11337 A RESOLUTION MF:MORIALIZING THE DENIAL OF A REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF 1926 GLUEK LANE INTO TWO PARCELS (PF16-014) WHEREAS, thf, City of Roseville has received a valid application for approval of the requested minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, thf; Roseville City Council, at its regular meeting on July 11, 2016, reviewed the application along with the record from public proceedings, including memoranda and City staff reports and public consideration by and between the City Council, and denied the application based on th�e following factual findings: • The existing storm water runoff and drainage issues in the area are extreme; • The proposal daes not meet minimum requirements of the City Code for lot width; and • The additional runoff from the residential development intended for the subdivided parcel might be injuria�us to other homes in the surrounding neighborhood. AND WHEREE�S, said findings of fact underpinning the denial were reported to the applicant in a letter datE:d July 12, 2016; NOW, THEREI ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the application discussed herein was denied on July 11, 2016. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Laliberte and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Etten, McGehee, Laliberte arid Roe and none voted against.
