EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE � � � � � � * � � � � � � � � � � Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the l lth day of July, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe and the following were absent: none . Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11336 RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR OWASSO PRIVATE DRIVE STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING FOR IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted July 11, 2016, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Owasso Private Drive, and; WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. The City Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $310,263.03. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8�' day of August, 2016, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:00 p.m. and the City Engineer shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
