Chief O'Neill agreed to research all areas beyond single-family situa- <br />tions. <br />Specific to Section 902.05 (Explosives and Blasting Agents), Chief O'Neill noted <br />this was no longer referenced in fire code and therefore recommended removal in <br />its entirety. <br />In Section 902.06 (Storage of Flammable Liquids), and the annual review ad- <br />dressed in Item 3, Chief O'Neill stated he was unaware of it ever having been <br />done, nor was it included in any report generated by the department. Since Chief <br />O'Neill was also unaware of where the Department could obtain the original per- <br />mit, he suggested removal of Item 3 as well. <br />In Item B for New Bulk Plants, Councilmember Etten asked staff to review the <br />geographical boundaries shown, suggesting I-35W may be more appropriate than <br />Cleveland Avenue. <br />Similarly, with Section 902.10 (Evidence of Compliance with Code), Chief <br />O'Neill recommended removal of this section completely. <br />As a next step, Chief O'Neill advised that staff would take feedback from tonight <br />and put together a revised document for future City Council review and formal <br />action. <br />e.
