3. Consideration shall be given to utilizing development specific tree fund expenditures <br />on public or private property within a%z mile of subject project site. <br />a. Expenditures on public lands shall be reviewed by the Tree Board prior to <br />receiving final approval by the City Council. <br />c. Consideration shall be given to broadening the expenditure radius if it is difficult to find <br />tree locations within the '/z mile radius. <br />d. The Planning Division will work with property owners involved in the off-site tree <br />planting component of the replacement policy to finalize a plan for landscape contractors <br />to bid upon. These bids will be reviewed by the Planning Division and its tree consultant <br />and the recommended award will be a component of the Council's approval process. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Willmus and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: McGehee, Willmus, <br />Laliberte, Etten, and Mayor Roe and the following voted against the same: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
