<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1265 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 1906 <br />AND 1912 LEXINGTON AVENUE AND A PORTION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY AT 1074 ROSELAWN AVENUE FROM B-1 LIMITED BUSINESS, <br />B-2 LIMITED RETAIL BUSINESS AND B-3 GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONING OF <br />B-1, LIMITED BUSINESS <br /> <br />The City Council ofthe City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF 3224, the <br />following property, generally located at 1906 and 1912 Lexington Avenue, and a small <br />portion of 1074 Roselawn Avenue, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned fÌ"om B-1, <br />Limited Business, B-2, Limited Retail Business, and B-3 General Business District to a <br />Planned Unit Development with underlying zoning of B-1, Limited Business District. <br /> <br />The property being legally described as: Lot 1, Block 1, Roselawn Village Addition. <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development #1265. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for these properties shall be in addition to <br />all other applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br /> <br />1. The passage and publication ofthis ordinance. <br />2. Recording of said plat Roselawn Village Addition with Ramsey County. <br />3. The execution ofthe Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and property owners. <br />4. The recording of the PUD document with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Passed this 17th day of June, 2002. <br />
