<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1266 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPPERTY AT <br />1906 LEXINGTON AVENUE AND 1074 ROSELAWN AVENUE FROM B-1 <br />LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT & B-2 LIMITED RETAIL BUSINESS TO A <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONING OF <br />R-3 GENERAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />ofthe City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF 3224, the <br />following property, generally located at 1906 Lexington Avenue and a portion of 1074 <br />Roselawn Avenue, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned from B-1 Limited Business <br />District and B-2 Retail Business District to a Planned Unit Development with underlying <br />zoning ofR-3 General Resident District. <br /> <br />The property being legally described as: Lot 2, Block 1, Roselawn Village <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development #1266. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for these properties shall be in addition to <br />all other applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br /> <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of said plat Roselawn Village Addition with Ramsey County. <br />3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and property owners. <br />4. The recording of the PUD documents with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Passed this 1 ih day of June, 2002. <br />
