<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the city of <br />Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twelfth <br />day of February, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog <br />and the following were absent: Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilperson Maschka introduced the following resolution and move its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8537 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-89-20 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted November 13, 1989, the Council directed the <br />City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to <br />the feasibility of the proposed improvement: <br /> <br />ST-89-20 -- Including all that property lying south of Oakcrest <br />Avenue, north of T.H. 36, west of Snelling Avenue, and east of a <br />line 1,400 feet west of the centerline of Snelling Avenue by the <br />installation of pond construction and storm sewer, and necessary <br />appurtenances. <br /> <br />2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the <br />report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to <br />whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and <br />cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council <br />and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made <br />in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as <br />Improvement No. ST-89-20. <br /> <br />3. The Council shall meet at the city Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, <br />in said City, on February 26, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the <br />purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement <br />under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause <br />notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be <br />published twice in the official newspaper, Focus, which <br />publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication <br />shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />4.
