� EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL bF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE X * � � � � � � � � � � � � * � � Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 22nd day of August, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe and the following members were absent:none. Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11352 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR WHEELER STREET CLOSURE PROJECT WHEREAS, Wheeler Street is a public road located between Lydia Avenue and County • Road D; and WHEREAS, The neighborhood had petition the City of Roseville to permanently close Wheeler Street at County Road D; and WHEREAS, The City of Roseville conducted a neighborhood survey pursuant to the Traffic Management Program and the results support closing Wheeler Street; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to close Wheeler Street approximately 50 feet south of County Road D to vehicular traffic, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 1. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Engineer for study and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Etten � and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe and the following voted against the same: none.
