EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of theCity <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of September at 6:OOp.m. <br />The following Members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe <br />and the following were absent: none. <br />Council Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11361 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE OF <br />SEMI-TRAILERS AT 2470 HIGHCREST/2501 WALNUT. <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />proposed INTER[Ivi USE on August 3,2016, voting 7-0 to recommend approval of the temporary <br />use based on public testimony and the comments and findings of the staff report prepared forsaid <br />public hearing, subject to six conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the proposed <br />ItvTERIM UsE will not result in adverse impacts to the surrounding properties based on the <br />following findings: <br />a. The proposed use will not impose additional costs on the public if it is necessary forthe <br />public to take the property in the future. <br />b. The proposed use will not create an excessive burden on parks, streets, and otherpublic <br />facilities. <br />c. The proposed use will not be injurious to the surrounding neighborhood or otherwise <br />harm the public health, safety, and general welfare. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the temporary outdoor storage of semi-trailers as an INTERilv1 UsE at 2470 Highcrest/2501 Walnut <br />in accordance with Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. No trailers will be allowed to be stored in the front yard; all trailer storage shall belimited <br />to the rear yard as proposed on the submitted concept site plan. <br />2. Access to the site for trailer drop-off or removal shall be from the south shared access <br />road, which provides a direct link to Terminal Road and Walnut Street. <br />3. The parked/stored trailers shall have a minimum 10-foot setback from the west (rear) <br />property line. <br />4. Trailers can be parked back-to-back and neXt to one another, however there shall be a 5- <br />foot separation between (along the sides) the trailers. <br />Page ] of 3 <br />
