EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* � � � � ;� � � * � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of September, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe and the following <br />were absent: none. <br />Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO 11360 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, ON REAL ESTATE TO THE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2017 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />The request of the Economic Development Authority for a special levy per Minnesota Statutes <br />Section 469.107, is hereby approved in the amount of $356,585 to be collected in 2017 for the purposes <br />of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.090 to 469.1081. This amount does not exceed 0.01813 percent of <br />estimated market value of the city as required under Section 469.107. <br />The motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon, the followin� voted in favor: Laliberte, McGehee, <br />Willmus, Etten and Roe and the following voted against: none. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
