Approve Transfer of Housing replacement Funds to General Operating <br />Fund <br />Jeanne Kelsey provided a background of priorities outlined by staff based on <br />the recent REDA survey completed by individual meinbers, and detailed in the <br />staff report of today's date. Therefore, Ms. Kelsey noted staff was <br />recommending the REDA fonnally transfer funds frotn the Housing <br />Replacement/Single Family Construction Program (Fund 720) to the REDA <br />General Operating Account (Fund 723) to fiind those 2016 proactive economic <br />development initiatives defined by members for a total of $81,500. <br />Specific to the � 15,000 allocated for market research in that recommendation, <br />and at the request of Member McGehee, Ms. Kelsey advised the nature of the <br />
