<br />ORDINANCE #1271 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPPERTY AT 2245, 2263 AND 2275 COUNTY ROAD B <br />FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCY DISTRICT TO A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONING OF <br />R-2 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF 3417, the <br />following property, generally located at 2245, 2263 and 2275 County Road B, City of <br />Roseville, is hereby rezoned from R -1, Single Family Residence District to a Planned <br />Unit Development with underlying zoning ofR-2 Two Family Residence District. <br /> <br />The property at 2245 County Road B being legally described as: The East 160 <br />feet of the Southwest ~ of the Southwest ~ of the Southeast ~ of Section 8, <br />Township29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />The property at 2263 County Road B being legally described as: The West 160 <br />feet of the East 320 feet of the Southwest ~ of the Southwest ~ of the Southeast <br />~ of Section 8, Township29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />The property at 2275 County Road B being legally described as: Subject to <br />County Road B, the West one hundred and sixty feet of the Eastfour hundred <br />and eighty feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast he East 160 feet of the Southwest ~ of the Southwest ~ f the <br />Southeast ~ of Section 8, Township29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development #1271. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for these properties shall be in addition to <br />all other applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br /> <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of said plat Stonecrest with Ramsey County. <br />3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and property owners. <br />4.
