<br /> <br />Minutes <br />Roseville Economic Development Authority (REDA) <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Monday, August 29, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br />President Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 4:00 p.m. Voting and <br />Seating Order: Commissioners McGehee, Willmus, Roe, Laliberte, and Etten. <br />Executive Director Trudgeon and EDA Attorney Martha Ingram were also present. <br /> <br />Additional staff present included Finance Director Chris Miller, Interim Community <br />Development Director Kari Collins, Community Development staff Jeanne Kelsey, <br />GIS Technician Joel Koepp, and Community Development Department Intern Angela <br />Riffe. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Pledge of Allegiance <br /> <br /> <br />3.Approve Agenda <br />Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />McGehee, Willmus, Roe, Laliberte, and Etten <br />Nays: <br />None. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />4.Public Comment <br /> <br />5.President Roe asked for public comment on non-agenda items. No one appeared <br />to speak. <br /> <br /> <br />6.Board and Executive Director Reports and Announcements <br /> <br /> <br />7.Approve Consent Agenda <br /> <br /> <br />8.Consider Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> <br /> <br />9.Business Items (Action Items) <br /> <br /> <br />a.Approve Transfer of Housing replacement Funds to General Operating <br />Fund <br />Jeanne Kelsey provided a background of priorities outlined by staff based on <br />the recent REDA survey completed by individual members, and detailed in the <br />staff report of today’s date. Therefore, Ms. Kelsey noted staff was <br />recommending the REDA formally transfer funds from the Housing <br />Replacement/Single Family Construction Program (Fund 720) to the REDA <br />General Operating Account (Fund 723) to fund those 2016 proactive economic <br />development initiatives defined by members for a total of $81,500. <br /> <br /> <br />
