EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />����������������� <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Miiinesota, was duly held on the 26t�' day of September, <br />2016, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: McGehee, Laliberte, Etten and Roe and the <br />following members were absent: Willmus. <br />Councilmember Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 11364 <br />APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES) has determined <br />that rehabilitation is needed on their sanitary sewer interceptors in the City of Roseville; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has publically owned sanitary sewer mains near the <br />proposed project area; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville desires to enter into a Construction Cooperation <br />Agreement with MCES to complete rehabilitation worlc on the City's owned sanitary sewer <br />mains as part of the interceptor rehabilitation project as well as to provide the Parks and <br />Recreation Department with reiinbursement for costs related to restoration in Villa Park; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, reimbursement of project and restoration costs will be done when the work is <br />completed as subject to the conditions of the agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the Construction Cooperation Agreement is approved. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconcled by <br />Councilmember Laliberte and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: McGehee, Laliberte, Etten and Roe and the following voted against the same: <br />none. <br />WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, <br />
