Item 8h: Attachment <br />General Obligation Bond Proceeds <br />Grant Agreement — End Grant <br />for the <br />Project <br />under the <br />«2» <br />Program <br />THIS AGREENIENT shall be effective as of «3» ,«3» , anci is bet�veen <br />«4» , a «5» (the `'P��blic Entity"}, and the «6» <br />(the ''State Entity"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The State Entity has ci-eated and is operatin� a «2» (the <br />`'State Pro�ram'') under the authority granted by V[inn. Stat. � «7» and all rules related <br />to stich le�islation (the `'State Program Enablin� Le�islation"). <br />B. Under the State Pro� am, the State Entity is auihorized to provide grants that are <br />funded �vith proceeds oF state �eneral obli�ation bonds authoriz�d to be issued under Article XI, <br />� 5(a) of the Nlinnesota Constitution. <br />C. Under the State Pro�ram the recipients of a arant must us� such funds to perform <br />those functions delineated in the State Pro�ram Enablin� Le�isl2tion. <br />D. The Public Entiry submitted, if applicable, a arant application to the State Entity in <br />�chich the Public Entity requests a�rant from the State Pi-ogram the proceeds of which will be <br />used for the purposes delineated in such ;rant application. <br />E. The Public Entity has applied to and been selected by the State Entiry for a receipt of <br />a grant from the State Pro�ram in an amount of � «8» (the `'Proaram Granf'), the <br />proceeds must be used by the Public Entity to perform those functions and activities imposed by <br />the State Entity under the State Pro�ram and, if applicable, delineated in that certain grant <br />application (the `'Grant Application") attached hereto as Attaehment V that the Public Entity <br />submitted to the State Entity. <br />F. Under the provisions contained in «9» , the Public Entity has <br />been �iven the authority to perform those functions and activities requiced of it under the State <br />Pro�ram and, if applicable, delineated in Grant Application attached hereto as Attachment V <br />that the Public Entity submitted to the State Entity. <br />G.
