<br /> <br />Minutes <br />Roseville Economic Development Authority (REDA) <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Monday, September 19, 2016 at 8:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br />President Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 8:10 p.m. Voting and <br />Seating Order: Commissioners Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> <br />Executive Director Trudgeon and EDA Attorney Ms. Sarah Sonsalla were also <br />present. <br /> <br />Additional city staff present included Interim Community Development Director Kari <br />Collins, <br /> <br /> <br />2.Approve Agenda <br />By consensus, the agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br /> <br />3.Public Comment <br />President Roe asked for public comment on non-agenda items. No one appeared to <br />speak. <br /> <br /> <br />4.Board and Executive Director Reports and Announcements <br /> <br /> <br />5.Approve Minutes <br />Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by the Authority prior <br />to tonight’s meeting and those revisions were incorporated into the draft presented in <br />the meeting packet. <br /> <br />Mayor Roe noted several of his initial revisions to the draft provided in the meeting <br />packet had been inadvertently omitted, and were included for clarification as a bench <br />handout. After review by his colleagues, and without objection, those revisions were <br />incorporated into the final revisions. <br /> <br />Additional Corrections <br /> <br /> <br />Page 20, Lines 24-25 (Roe, Laliberte and Etten) <br />\[the\] <br />Correct to read: “.. moving beyond just ambassador visits to also visit <br />\[businesses\] <br />existing in addition to new businesses. <br /> <br />McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the August 29, 2016 REDA Meting <br />Minutes as amended. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br />Nays: <br />None. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
