EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� � � � x X � � � � X � � � � � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of September, <br />2016, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present McGehee, Laliberte, Etten and Roe <br />and the following were absent: Willmus <br />Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 11363 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING 2017 SCORE FUNDING GRANT' <br />FOR USE IN ROSEVILLE'S RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGR.AM <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council is committed to residential waste abaternent <br />through its curbside recycling program and Clean Up Day; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville continues to work to improve it's waste abatement <br />programs and minimize the cost to Roseville residents; and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has SCORE Funding Grants available for 2017; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized to submit <br />a grant application to Ramsey County for a 2017 SCORE Funding Grant and that that <br />grant will be used for Roseville's waste abatement programs. <br />The motion for ihe adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Laliberte, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />McGehee, Laliberte, Etten and Roe <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
