City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1510 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SELECTED TEXT OF TITLE 8 STORM WATER DRAINAGE <br />ORDINANCE OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 4. Section 803.04.C.7: Definitions is hereby amended as follows: <br />7. Land disturbance activity: land change greater than �a } �__� square feet, ar land change on <br />a parcel of land located directly adjacent to a water resource or located within the shoreland <br />overlay district, that may result in soil erosion from water or wind and the mov�:ment of <br />sediments into or upon waters or lands of the city, including clearing, grading, e;xcavating, <br />transporting and filling of land. Land disturbance activity does not mean the fo�llowing: <br />SECTION 4. Section 803.04.D.2: Erosion and Sediment Control Plan is hereby amended <br />as follows: <br />a.
