Finance Commission 1 Meeting Minutes 2 DRAFT – AUGUST 10, 2016 - DRAFT 3 4 5 Roll Call/Announcements 6 7 The Finance Commission (FC) meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Chair Schroeder called 8 the roll. 9 10 Commissioners Present: Robin Schroeder, Justin Rohloff, John Bachhuber, Edwin Hodder, 11 Peter Zeller, Nagaraja Konidena, and Matt Harold 12 13 Commissioners Absent: None. 14 15 Staff Present: Finance Director Miller 16 17 18 Vice Chair Rohloff stated he would be moving out of Roseville and he would be resigning from 19 his position on the Finance Commission. His final meeting would be August 15, 2016. 20 21 22 Receive Public Comments 23 24 There being no one wishing to address the Commission on items not on the agenda, Chair 25 Schroeder moved to the next item on the agenda. 26 27 28 Approval of the July 12, 2016 Meeting Minutes 29 30 Chair Schroeder stated in line 172 change “Rohloff” to “Schroeder”. 31 32 Commissioner Zeller stated in line 110 insert “Park Dedication” prior “fees” and line 208 change 33 “use” to “used” 34 35 Commissioner Hodder moved, Seconded by Commissioner Zeller, to approve the July 12, 2016 36 meeting minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously. 37 38 39 Update on the Golf Course Clubhouse Task Force Discussion 40 41 Commissioner Bachhuber stated provided an update on the Golf Course Task Force discussions. 42 There will be two more meetings then a presentation to the City Council. The Task Force goals 43 have been to look at if a clubhouse should be built and if so what parameters should be set for the 44 project. Once the proposal goes to the City Council they will have the option to move forward 45 with a project including hiring a design firm. The Task Force recommendation will be that a 46
