Finance Commission 1 <br />Meeting Minutes 2 <br />DRAFT – SEPTEMBER 13, 2016 - DRAFT 3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />Roll Call/Announcements 6 <br />7 <br />The Finance Commission (FC) meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Chair Schroeder called 8 <br />the roll. 9 <br />10 <br />Commissioners Present: Robin Schroeder, John Bachhuber, Edwin Hodder, Peter Zeller, and 11 <br />Matt Harold 12 <br />13 <br />Commissioners Absent: Nagaraja Konidena 14 <br />15 <br /> Staff Present: Finance Director Miller 16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />Finance Director Miller stated on September 26, 2016, the Golf Course Task Force Report will 19 <br />be presented to the City Council. The City has received 2-3 applications for the vacant Finance 20 <br />Commission seat and interviews will be held on September 26. 21 <br />22 <br />Commissioner Bachhuber stated the School District is undertaking a facilities review process and 23 <br />these Committees will be looking for input from the community. 24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />Receive Public Comments 27 <br />28 <br />There being no one wishing to address the Commission on items not on the agenda, Chair 29 <br />Schroeder moved to the next item on the agenda. 30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />Approval of the August 10, 2016 Meeting Minutes 33 <br />34 <br />Commissioner Bachhuber stated on line 42 strike the word “stated” and change line 47 to read 35 <br />“…built from existing funds. From a financial perspective there are funds available through….” 36 <br />37 <br />Commissioner Hodder moved, Seconded by Commissioner Zeller, to approve the August 10, 38 <br />2016 meeting minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously. 39 <br />40 <br />41 <br />Update on the Golf Course Clubhouse Task Force Discussion 42 <br />43 <br />Commissioner Bachhuber stated the Golf Course Task Force presented their report to the Parks 44 <br />and Rec Commission and the Commission has forwarded the report to the City Council. The 45 <br />City Council will review and discuss this report at their September 26 meeting. If the Council 46 <br />Item 3: Attachment A
