<br />CHAPTER 207 <br />ETHICS COMMISSION <br />SECTION: <br />207.01: Establishment and Membership <br />207.02: Scope, Duties and Functions <br />207.01: ESTABLISHMENT AND MEMBERSHIP: <br />There is established an ethics commission of the City which shall consist of one member from each <br />City Advisory commission and which shall be subject to Chapter 201 of the City Code. (Ord. <br />1498, 4/11/2016) <br /> <br />The ethics commission shall hold an annual meeting and otherwise meet on an as-needed basis or <br />when an ethics complaint is filed. <br />207.02: SCOPE, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: <br />The duties and functions of the Commission shall be as follows: <br />A. Serve in an advisory capacity to the City Council on matters involving any ethics code <br />adopted by the City Council. <br />B. Administer any ethics code adopted by the City Council. <br />C.
