<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1274 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1813 LEXINGTON AVENUE FROM R-1 (LOW DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL) TO B-1 (LIMITED BUSINESS) (PF 3427) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Purpose. The property described below was rezoned in error by Ordinance <br />974 with City of Roseville Council action taken on June 10, 1985. The purpose of this ordinance <br />is to correct the mistaken designation. <br /> <br />Section 2. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) of <br />the City Zoning Code ofthe City ofRoseville, and after the City Planning Commission and <br />Council consideration on Planning File 3427, the following property, located at 1813 Lexington <br />Avenue is hereby rezoned to B-1, Limited Business from R-l Residential. <br /> <br />The lot is described as follows (all measurements are approximate): <br />The East 203.07 feet of the South 1/8 of the Northeast 14 of the Southeast 14 also the East 178 <br />feet of the North ~ of the South 14 of the Northeast 14 of the Southeast 14 except the North 97 <br />feet thereof, all in Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, according to the United States <br />Government Survey thereof, subject to Lexington Avenue and Garden Avenue adjacent thereto, <br />according to the United States Government Survey thereof, Ramsey County Minnesota. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall take effect <br />upon the passage and publication of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Passed this 21 st day of October 2002. <br />
