<br />5 <br />Cedarholm Clubhouse Advisory Team Final Report <br />Mission <br />To engage Roseville in discussion for the replacement of the Cedarholm Clubhouse in a well thought-out, <br />efficient, functional way that meets the needs of the community today and for generations to come. <br /> <br />Purpose <br />The purpose of the Cedarholm Clubhouse Advisory Team was to: <br />• Study, analyze and guide the replacement of the Cedarholm Clubhouse <br />• Learn from other community golf operations and capital projects <br />• Gather input from community members and users that provides direction for planning and design <br />• Align clubhouse rebuild with a process consistent with the current Parks and Recreation System Master <br />Plan <br /> <br />Advisory Team Process <br />Task <br />• Develop a better understanding of the current physical capacity and needs at the Cedarholm Clubhouse. <br />• Examine business, market and industry trends. <br />• Create a preliminary building function and use concept. <br />• Collect input and ideas from all corners of the community. <br />• Encourage and support the exploration of new revenue opportunities. <br />• Provide “wise counsel” on issues raised by citizens, City Council and golf course management. <br />o Conduct brainstorming exercises to assist future design professionals. “No idea is a bad idea.” <br />o Identify specific clubhouse replacement concerns and opportunities. <br />• Recommend a sustainable course of action that will have minimal impact on city taxes and stays within <br />budget. <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />• Final Report for the Community <br />• Presentation of Final Report and Recommendations to the Roseville Parks and Recreation Commission <br />on September 6, 2016 <br />• Presentation of Final Report and Recommendations to the Roseville City Council on September 26, 2016 <br />or October 10, 2016 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
