EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: October 24, 2016 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 24`" day <br />of October, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following Councilmembers were present: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, and Roe and the <br />following were absent: Laliberte � <br />Councilmember McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 11370 <br />RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br />ADOPTION OF A MODIFICATION TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN <br />FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (REDEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT N0.12 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota <br />(the "City"), as follows: <br />1. Public Hearin�. This Council shall meet on November 28, 2016, at approximately <br />6:00 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the following matters: (a) the proposed adoption of a <br />modification to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing (Redevelopment) <br />District No. 12, to authorize an increase in the budget for eligible uses of tax increments as set <br />forth therein, which is referred to as the "Modification", all pursuant to and in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.133, and Sections 469.174 through 469.1794, <br />inclusive, as amended (collectively, the "Act"). <br />2. Notice of Hearing; Filin� of Modification. The City Manager is hereby authorized <br />to cause a notice of the hearing, substantially in �he form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be <br />published as required by the Act and to place a copy of the proposed Modiiication on file in the <br />City Manager's Office at City Hall and to make such copies available for inspection by the public. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus, <br />Etten, McGehee, and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
