Exhibit A <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 28, 2016, <br />at 6:00 p.m., at the City Hall, in the City of Roseville, Minnesota, relating to the proposed adoption <br />of a modification to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing <br />(Redevelopment) District No. 12, to authorize an increase in the budget for eligible uses of tax <br />increments as set forth therein (the "Modification"), all pursuant to and in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.133, and Sections 469.174 through 469.1794, <br />inclusive, as amended. A copy of the Modification will be on file and available for public <br />inspection at the office of the City Manager at City Hall. <br />The property included Tax Increment Financing District No. 12, is located within <br />Development District No. 1 and is described in the Modification on file in the office of the City <br />Manager.
