With this proposed text amendment, Mayor Roe confirmed with City <br />Planner Paschke that all units would be set back 20’ from a single-family proper- <br />ty. <br /> <br />Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment at this time, with no one <br />appearing for or against. <br /> <br />At the request of Councilmember McGehee, City Planner clarified that Table <br />1005-03 in Section 6 provided for 6’ side yard setbacks for a side wall with win- <br />dows or adjacent to abutting property in all commercial districts; with no setback <br />requirements if the sidewall had no windows, all tied into four-sided architecture <br />design standards in current code. <br /> <br />Willmus moved, Etten seconded, enactment of Ordinance No. 1511(Attachment <br />C) entitled, “An Ordinance Amending Tables 1004-6, 1005-2, 1005.3 and 1005-4 <br />as amended to revise the <br />of Roseville City Code, Title 10 (Zoning Ordinance);” <br />10’ interior setback to 20’ in HDR-2 and accordingly, revise the 10’ to 20’ in <br />Sections 5, 6 and 7 as it related to residential setbacks. <br /> <br /> Roll Call <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Willmus, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br />Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Etten moved, Willmus seconded, enactment of Ordinance Summary No. 1511 <br />(Attachment) entitled, “An Ordinance Amending Tables 1004-6, 1005-2, 1005.3 <br />and 1005-4 of Roseville City Code, Title 10 (Zoning Ordinance).” <br /> <br /> Roll Call (Super Majority Required) <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Willmus, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br />Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br />11.Presentations <br /> <br /> <br />a.Superintendent Aldo Sicoli – Partnering for Future/Facility Update <br />Mayor Roe welcomed Independent School District No. 623 Superintendent Dr. <br />Aldo Sicoli. <br /> <br />Dr. Sicoli thanked the City Council for this annual opportunity to address them; <br />and noted two topics for tonight’s discussion: the comprehensive long-range facil- <br />ity planning for the district, and partnering for future endeavors. <br /> <br />Dr. Sicoli announced an upcoming public meeting on November 29, 2016 to hear <br />the combined report of the three committees having worked on these topics over <br /> <br />
