Attachment A <br />46 <br />471.The approval and execution of the documents and agreements on behalf of <br />48the Authority as described herein is hereby authorized and delegated to the Executive <br />49Director of the Authority. <br />50 <br />512.The Executive Director’s ability to authorize expenditures on behalf of the <br />52Authority is limited as follows: <br />53A.Approved expenditures must be for a purpose and up to the amount <br />54authorized by the Authority’s adopted budget and applicable work plan. <br />55B.Expenditures cannot be approved for purposes described in the <br />56Authority’s adopted budgetand applicable work plan unless there is a sufficient <br />57unexpended balance. <br />58C.The Finance Director of the City shall approve such expenditure. <br />59 <br />603.If the Executive Director approves an expenditure for any purpose not <br />61authorized in the Authority’s adoptedbudget or for any amount in excess of the amount <br />62authorized due to his or her gross negligence or willful misconduct, the Executive <br />63Director shall not be indemnified and any amount expended in excess of what is <br />64authorized shall be a personal obligation of the person incurring such expenditure. <br />65 <br />664.All documents and agreements executed by the Executive Director of the <br />67Authority pursuant to the authority delegated by this resolution shall be reported to the <br />68Board of the Authority. <br />69 <br />705.This resolution shall be in full force and effect as of the date hereof. <br />71 <br />72 <br />73 <br />74The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />75 <br />76 , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />77 <br />78 and the following voted against the same: <br />79 <br />80WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />81 <br />82 <br /> <br />
