Attachment C EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING 1 OF THE 2 ROSEVILLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY 3 4 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 5 6 7ursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Roseville Economic P 8Development Authority, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the th 9City Hall on Monday, the 17 day of October, 2016, at _______ p.m. 10 11The following members were present: 12 13and the following were absent: 14 15 16Commissioner _________________introduced the following resolution and moved its 17adoption: 18 RESOLUTIONNo. 3 19 20 Resolution Approving Business Subsidy Policy 21 22 23WHEREAS, before awarding any “business subsidy” as defined in Minnesota Statutes, 24Section 116J.993 to 116J.995, as amended (the “Business Subsidy Act”), any governmental 25grantor of such business subsidies is required to adopt criteria regarding such subsidies after 26holding a public hearing; and 27 28WHEREAS, the Roseville Economic Development Authority(the “EDA”), as a grantor 29under the Business Subsidy Act,has determined to approve a Public Financing Criteria and 30Business Subsidy Policy (the “Policy”) in accordance with requirements of the Business 31Subsidy Act; and 32 33WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners (the “Board”) of the EDA has reviewed the 34Policy on file in City Hall, and hason the date hereof held a duly noticed public hearing, at 35which all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard. 36 37NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the 38Roseville Economic Development Authority as follows: 39 401.The recitals set forth in this Resolution are incorporated into and made a part 41of this Resolution. 42 432.The Board approves the Policy in substantially the form on file in City Hall, 44subject to modifications that do not alter the substance of the Policy and that are approved 45by the President and Executive Director of the Authority.
