No letters sent to Rosedale due to ramp construction and exterior improvements. <br />Area 3 - This area consisted of only 9 business properties, and 4 properties with violations such as debris, dumpster, and outside <br />storage. <br />Area 4 - A very small amount of violations which involved debris, and outside storage. <br />Conclusion: The total 2016 business properties violation rate of 16.32% was 50% lower than in 2015. <br />Residential Inspection Comments: <br />Area 1 - Great residential neighborhood, some clustering seen with outside storage and junk. <br />Area 2 - Nice neighborhood, most violations were vehicles, outside storage, and junk/debris. <br />Area 3 - This area was smaller and completed in 2 days, the majority of violations involved outside storage and vehicles. <br />Area 4 - Debris was most common in this area due to presence of brush piles. <br />Conclusion: The total 2016 residential properties violation rate of 8.12% remains consistent over the past several years. <br />165,901 steps = 82.95 miles, 580.65 laps around the Oval walking track, 48.80 times across the Golden Gate Bridge, and 3 <br />times across Lake Pontchartain, the longest overwater bridge. <br /> <br />
