Roseville Finance Commission <br />Agenda Item <br /> <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />Memo <br />To: Roseville Finance Commission <br />From: Chris Miller, Finance Director <br />Date: November 9, 2016 <br />Re: Item #5: Consider Selecting a Vice-Chair <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br />City Code Chapter 207.02 requires the Finance Commission to select a Chair and Vice-Chair each year. <br />Earlier this year, the Commission selected Justin Rohloff to be the Vice-Chair; however, he resigned <br />from the Commission in August. <br /> <br />It would be appropriate for the Commission to select a new Vice-Chair. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends the Commission select a new Vice-Chair for the period November 9, 2016 through <br />March 31, 2017. <br /> <br />Requested Commission Action <br />Consider Electing a new Vice-Chair for the period November 9, 2016 through March 31, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br />Prepared by: Chris Miller, Finance Director <br />Attachments: A: N/A
