EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� � � � � � X � � � � � � � � � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council� of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 14th day of November, <br />2016, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe <br />and the following were absent:. None. <br />Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 11374 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR <br />PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN THE TWIN LAKES AREA <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has acquired certain rights-of-way for the extension of <br />Twin Lakes Parkway within existing parcels described as follows: <br />The South 89.32 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br />4, Township 29, Range 23, except the East 792 feet thereof; <br />AND <br />The West 450 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, <br />Township 29, Range 23, except the South 1200 feet thereof; <br />Said parcels to be referred to as the Twin Lakes East PIK Parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has requested that the right-of-way acquisition and <br />previously existing easements be memorialized on a Registered Land Survey; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes and City Code require City Council approval of <br />Registered Land Surveys. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that the presented Registered Land Survey referred to as Twin Lakes East <br />PIK Parcels Registered Land Survey, is hereby approved. <br />
