EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Pursuant to due cail and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 14t�, day of November, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe and the following members were absent: none. Council member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11373 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE 2016 SANITARY SEWER LINING PROJECT BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on February 8, 2016, Insituform Technologies USA, LLC, of Chesterfield, Missouri, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with the Storm Sewer Main Lining Project contract. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Citiy Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract shall commence on November 14, 2016. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Laliberte and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
