City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1514 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TABLE 1006-1 and Section 1009.02.D OF TITLE 10 ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Purpose: The Roseville City Code is hereby amended to include Motor Freight <br />Terminal as a Conditional Use (CU) in the Industrial District. <br />SECTION 2. Section 1009.02.D is hereby amended as follows to address specific conditions <br />for Motor Freight Terminal Uses: <br />37. Motor freight terminal <br />a. All outdoor semi-traiTer stura�e strall u�cui� on paved surf'aces ccrnsistent i��ith ti�e parkui� <br />area repuirements of Section 1019.11 of this Title, and shall adhere to the parkin� area <br />setback repuirements in the applicable zonin� district except that no outdoor semi-trailer <br />stora�e shall be allowed between a principal buildin� and the primar� public street as <br />determined by City staff. Areas of outdoor semi-trailer stora�e shall not obstruct requirecl <br />drive aisles or parkin� stalls. <br />b. All_trailers shall be parkedlstored a minimum of 10 feet from a side- or rear-vard�ro�ert�� <br />line. <br />c. Semi-t►�ailers stured adjacent t� Uffice�'Business Pai•k u�� Ke;;io��al f3usiues�, zoneci properti <br />shall provide a 10-foot buffer area complete with screen plantin� and an opaque �� all or <br />fence a minimtrm of 8 feet in hei�ht as appro��ed br the Communitti� De��elopment <br />Departmei� t. <br />d. The propertv owneriapplicant shall submit a circulation plan that de�rionstrates that thc <br />outdoor semi-trailer storage use does not conflict with other operations on the site, <br />customer parking, and pedestrian access through the site. <br />Outdoor stora�e of semi-trailers shall include a minimu�n of 80°�0 of such rrailers I�ein; <br />licensed and operational. Those semi-trailers that are not licenseci aild/�►- operational shall <br />be stored at the rear of the premises. <br />
