Prairie Grass/Vegetative Ground Cover Burning Permits: The Fire Chief and/or <br />Fire Marshal may issue burning permits to allow the burn-off of prairie grass and <br />vegetative ground cover on the following terms: <br />1. Notice of the issuance of the permit shall be given to property owners within 350 <br />feet of the subject property at least three days prior to the burn. <br />2. Conditions may be imposed by the Fire Chief and/or Fire Marshal, including but not <br />limited to a condition that the City Fire Department may conduct or supervise a burn <br />where safety considerations warrant it. <br />3.
