NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />approve the resolution and directs the Mayar and City Manager to execute the same on behalf of <br />the City of Roseville. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Etten <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Laliberte, McGehee, <br />Willmus, Etten; and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
