Ciiy of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1511 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TABLES ioo4-6, ioo5-2, 1005-3, AND �005-4 OF <br />TITLE io ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION �. Purpose: The Roseville City Code is hereby amended to modify high <br />density residential project density, building height, and building setbacks adjacent to Low <br />Density-1 and 2 and Medium Density Residential Districts. <br />SECTION 2. Table l004-6 is hereby amended as follows to address net <br />residential unit density: <br />Table 1004-6 <br />Maximum density <br />Minimum density <br />HDR-1 <br />Attached Muitifamily <br />24 Units/net acre b <br />12 Units/net acre <br />HDR-2 <br />Multifamily <br />Neae 36 Units/net acre � <br />24 Units/net acre <br />b. Density in the HDR-1 district may be increased to 36 units/net acre with approved conditional use. <br />c. Densitv in the HDR-2 district mav be increased to more than 36 units/net acre with approved <br />conditional use. <br />SECTION 3. Table �004-6 is hereby amended as follows to address building <br />height in High Density Residential-1 and 2 Districts: <br />d. Building height over 45 feet and under 65 feet requires an approved conditional use in the HDR-1 <br />e. Buildin� hei�ht over 65 feet requires an approved conditional use in HDR-2 <br />SECTION 4. Table ioo4-6 is hereby amended as follows to address building <br />setbacks when projects lie adjacent to Low Density Residential i and 2, and <br />Medium Density Residential zoning districts: <br />
