<br />Section 1005.06, B-4, Retail Office Service District: <br /> <br />Section 1005.06B7: Restaurant, Class I and IV, excluding live entertainment and dancing. <br /> <br />Section 1005.06DI4: Restaurants, Class IV including live entertainment and patron dancing, <br />except that such entertainment shall not include dancers or models and Class V. <br /> <br />Section 1005.07,8-6, Business Park District: <br /> <br />Section 1005.07B8: Restaurants (within an approved Planned Unit Development), Class I, II, <br />where drive-through facilities are provided, ill, IV, V, and VI, including live entertainment and <br />patron dancing, except that such entertainment shall not include dancers or models. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to "the City Code shall take effect <br />upon passage and publication. <br /> <br />Passed this 17th day of March, 2003. <br />
