EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA 'r, x x x x k ic x x k�c x x � 9; x x HELD: November 28, 2016 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular or special meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly called and held on the 28t�, day of November, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. The following members of the Council were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe and the following were absent: none. Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: I2ESOLUTION No. 11379 RESOLUTION APPROVING MODIFICATION TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 12. A. WHEREAS, the City o�Roseville, Minnesota (the "City") has heretofore established Development District No. 1(the "Development District") and adopted a Development Program (the "Development Program") therefor and established Tax Increment Financing District No. 12 (the "TIF District} therein and approved and adopted a Tax Increment Financing Plan for the TIF Distriet (the "TIF Plan") therefor under the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.1794 (the "Act"); and B. WHEREAS, the City Council has investigated the facts and has caused to be prepared a modification to the TIF Plan for the TIF District (the "Modification"), to increase the budget for eligible uses of tax increments as set forth in the Modification; and C. WHEREAS, the City has performed all actions required by law to be performed prior to the approval of the Modification, including, but not limited to, notification of Ramsey County and School District No. 623 having taxing jurisdiction over the property included in the TIF Districts and the holding of a public hearing upon published and mailed notice as required by law; and D. WHEREAS, tlie City held a public hearing on the Modification on this date following not less than 10 days and not more than 30 days published notice in the local newspaper of general circulation; and � E. WHEREAS, the City is not modifying the boundaries of the Development District ar the TIF District; and F. WHEREAS, the City is not extending the duration of the TIF District. 799�477v1
