EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the Sth day of December 2016 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe <br />and the following were absent: none. � <br />Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11380 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO <br />AMVETS POST 1 <br />WHEREAS, the Amvets Post 1 organization has applied for a lawful gambling premise permit to conduct <br />lawful gambling activities at 2480 Fairview Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, Amvets Post 1 has met the loeal permit requirements as specified in City Code, Section 304. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br />The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of Amvets Post 1 to conduct lawful <br />gambling activities at 2480 Fairview Avenue. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Willmus and upon <br />a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and <br />Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
