Roseville Finance Commission <br />Agenda Item <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />Memo <br />To: Roseville Finance Commission <br />From: Chris Miller, Finance Director <br />Date: December 13, 2016 <br />Re: Item #5: Identify Discussion Items for the 2017 Work Plan <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br />On August 15, 2016, the Finance Commission held a joint meeting with the City Council for the purposes <br />of reviewing the Commission’s activities during the past year, to receive any Commission guidance or <br />recommendations, and to discuss the Commission’s future Work Plan. The Commission is asked to <br />reflect on the work direction the Council provided as well as your own interests or concerns in crafting <br />a work plan for 2017. <br /> <br />In the interest of generating discussion, Staff has prepared some suggested meeting topics and dates to <br />correspond with the City’s normal financial cycle, as well as a few areas that haven’t necessarily been <br />covered in depth in the past, but may prove useful for future discussions.
