Per the narrative, no permanent employees will <br />ЋА <br />occupy the premises as Studio One will contract with a yoga instructor or instructors for <br />ЋБ <br />classes. The classes are designed to have from 8 to 16 students. Classes are to be offered <br />ЋВ <br />on the following days and times: <br />ЌЉ <br />Monday – Friday between 6am and 9pm <br />ЌЊ <br />Saturdays between 8am and 12:30pm <br />ЌЋ <br />Sunday between 8am and 8:30pm <br />ЌЌ <br />The proposed floor plan shows 1,125 sq. ft. of studio space and 315 sq. ft. of retail space, <br />ЌЍ <br />which will require 9 parking spaces. This leaves 20 parking spaces for the remaining <br />ЌЎ <br />use. <br />ЌЏ <br />SA <br />ЌА <br />TAFFNALYSIS <br />The Planning Division categorized the proposed yoga studio as a fitness center-like use. <br />ЌБ <br />Should the yoga studio close the proposed CU for yoga studio/fitness center would <br />ЌВ <br />support future fitness use or other options.
