A Proposal for the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of Roseville <br />Erin Perdu, AICP, GISP (WSB) <br />Project Manager <br />Master of Urban and Regional Planning, University of Michigan, 1998 | Master <br />Education: <br />of Science, Natural Resources, University of Michigan, 1997 | Bachelor of Science in <br />Earth Systems, Stanford University, 1995 <br />Erin is a community planner and project manager with 18 years of professional planning <br />experience. She has served as the project manager and lead planner on award-winning <br />comprehensive plans, most recently the 2014 Daniel Burnham Award for Comprehensive <br />Planning from the Michigan Association of Planning for the Shape Ypsilanti Master Plan. <br />Erin has also led and developed zoning ordinances (including form-based codes), multi- <br />jurisdictional plans, and small area studies in several communities in Minnesota and her <br />previous home of Michigan. During each of these initiatives, she designed extensive and <br />inclusive public engagement processes. <br /> planner and community development director for multiple <br />municipalities. In these roles, she has served as liaison to Planning Commissions, Boards of <br />Zoning Appeal, Historic District Commissions, and Downtown Development Authorities. Her <br />years of experience working in a variety of municipal settings allow Erin to provide trusted <br /> cials on planning and development issues. ErinÕs leadership, day-to- <br />day planning experience, and strong foundation in public outreach result in the successful <br />implementation of the plans she authors. <br />Comprehensive Planning <br />Erin has led and written award-winning comprehensive plans for municipalities and counties. Each of her plans is <br />designed with the speciÞ c needs of the community in mind, and includes community outreach early and often.
